Doctor Fausts Dreifacher Höllenzwang

At the beginning of the 17th century, a book on black magic was published by Goethe, attributed to the mythical Faust and known by the title Höllenzwang. The Weimar library possessed a manuscript of this text, from which Goethe probably obtained this knowledge.

This 33-page grimoire, which is difficult to date, is written in cabalistic signs and, according to some, contains a series of magical spells for exorcists, which can be used in particular to invoke the seven evil spirits.
